1. Services

PandaBoost provides crypto marketing services including but not limited to DexScreener reactions, trending placement, volume and maker activity, holder growth, and social media engagement. All services are provided for marketing and visibility purposes only.

PandaBoost is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by DexScreener, DexTools, CoinMarketCap, Coingecko, Phantom, or any other third-party platform.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available worldwide. By using PandaBoost, you confirm that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring legal compliance in your country of residence.

3. Payments

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency via NowPayments, which supports a wide range of digital assets. Prices are displayed in USD equivalent at the time of order. Payments are non-reversible once confirmed on-chain.

PandaBoost does not store, access, or manage your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. We only receive confirmation of payment — nothing else.

4. Refund Policy

PandaBoost offers a full refund or service replacement in the following cases:

• –The service was not delivered due to a technical failure on our side.
• –The order could not be completed for reasons outside the client's control.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• –The token fails to meet the stated requirements (LP, VOL, Mcap thresholds).
• –The token's market cap drops below $40,000 during an active order.
• –The token's price drops by 80% or more during the service period.
• –The token is removed from a platform due to factors unrelated to PandaBoost's actions.
• –The client provided incorrect information (e.g. token address instead of pair address).

There is no fixed warranty period. Results depend on market conditions and platform behavior outside our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• –Your token meets the minimum requirements stated for the selected service.
• –You have provided accurate information (pair address, chain, quantity).
• –You understand that platform-side actions (bans, delisting) are beyond PandaBoost's control.
• –You will not use PandaBoost services for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.

6. Disclaimer

PandaBoost does not guarantee specific ranking positions, trading volume outcomes, or financial results. All services are for marketing and visibility purposes only. Crypto markets are inherently volatile and unpredictable.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases where we detect misuse or abuse of services.

7. Modifications

PandaBoost reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
